The entire RL Deck unit is designed for single crane lifting. This dramatically reduces crane time on site, minimises disruption to other trades, and cuts operational costs. A single lift is all it takes to reposition the entire unit.
FROM TRUCK TO OPERATIONAL
Delivery
Unit arrives fully assembled on standard flat-bed truck. No wide load restrictions.
Single Lift
One crane lifts the complete unit from truck directly to the loading bay opening.
Connection
Structural connection to slab is made. Propping system is engaged and locked.
Deploy
Single switch activates the hydraulic system. Deck unfolds and locks into operational position.
Operate
Full-size loading bay is operational. Begin loading operations immediately.
